Joseph Volpe
Joseph Volpe is an associate attorney in the law firm of Kondzer Law. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Before attending law school, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and a Master’s in English from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Following law school, Mr. Volpe served as a law clerk for a trial court judge in Akron, Ohio, and then went on to gain professional experience in a range of practice areas, including employment law, bankruptcy, contract, construction and immigration law matters. Mr. Volpe has also practiced in the real property law area, examining title instruments, drafting title opinions, and, most recently, conducting research, writing briefs, and advocating on behalf of parties involved in ad valorem litigation.
A member of state and local bar associations, Mr. Volpe currently practices in the areas of general civil litigation, bankruptcy law, real estate law, and real estate tax litigation.
Mr. Volpe lives on Cleveland’s near west side. When not working as a lawyer, he enjoys “working” the grill, along with running, canoeing, camping, and hiking, with family and friends.
